Discipleship is more than a method or a strategy, it’s a conviction. What was Jesus’ strategy for discipleship? People were his method. We are called to equip, train, and raise up leaders who make disciples who make disciples.

Stephen has been involved in small group ministry for over 13 years and helps leaders not only develop effective small group structure, but discipleship culture. His core conviction is that we are ALL called to make disciples and loves inspiring everyday ordinary people to step into this God-ordained calling.

Stephen provides practical teaching on developing covenant friendships, creating a sense of belonging, making strangers into friends, vulnerability and opening our life to others.
