NEW WORKSHOP!
SLOW DOWN SATURDAY
Slow Down Saturday is a three-hour, hands-on mini workshop designed to help you get your bearings before the summer begins. Just like any great adventure starts at basecamp, this experience is about pausing long enough to understand where you are, where you’re headed, and what matters most for the journey ahead. Through the JourneyWay framework, we’ll walk through your current reality (“You Are Here”), define your “True North” for the summer, and identify one to two key areas of your life to focus on so this season is not just busy, but meaningful.
This isn’t something you do alone. Slow Down Saturday is built around community, collaboration, and conversation. You’ll process alongside others, share ideas, and leave with practical rhythms and simple routes to help you move forward with clarity and intention. More than just a plan, you’ll walk away with a sense of momentum, belonging, and accountability as you step into the summer with purpose.
