Through reflection, practical tools, and shared conversation (and yes, good coffee helps), you’ll move from feeling scattered to clear, focused, and ready for what’s ahead.

  • You’ll walk away with a clear, intentional plan for your summer—including 1–2 focused priorities, simple rhythms to support them, and a sense of direction you can actually follow. More than that, you’ll leave with renewed confidence and clarity so you don’t default to autopilot, but step into a summer that feels purposeful and full.

  • This is for anyone who feels busy, scattered, or concerned that the summer might slip by without much intention. It’s especially helpful for parents, young professionals, and young adults who want to be more intentional with their time, relationships, and growth—but aren’t quite sure how to do that.

  • This is highly interactive. While there will be guided teaching and direction throughout, the majority of the time is spent reflecting, brainstorming, and actually working through your own plan. You won’t just listen—you’ll engage, think, and leave with something real.

  • Absolutely. Come on your own or bring your spouse. There’s real value in getting on the same page before the summer begins—and we offer a couple rate (BOGO 50%) to make that easier.

With over a decade of experience in pastoral ministry, organizational leadership, and one-on-one mentorship, Stephen Glasser has spent his life helping people grow through seasons of change and discovery. He’s worked with athletes, pastors, leaders, and everyday people—anyone hungry to live with greater purpose and intentionality. His Christ-centered, Spirit-led approach meets you where you are and walks with you toward all that God has for your life. Rooted in empathy, reflection, and prayer, Stephen’s coaching draws from proven tools he’s developed and used with hundreds of others. Fun fact: he’s led two ministry training programs and finds deep joy in one-on-one moments that help people live life to the fullest.
